In 1961, the original Fiberpile - the first fleece - became a favorite of lumberjacks and outdoor enthusiasts. LIFA, our pioneering technical baselayer, debuted in 1970 and has been used by professionals on every ocean and many of the world's highest peaks.

The 1980s saw the launch of Helly Tech, our award-winning waterproof and breathable fabric that set the new standard for performance and protection.
